For a limited time, we have lenders who have been doing construction loans for
investors all the way to 10-15% down for US residents - outside lender programs
and in-house options.
Lenders have also been doing loans for Canadians around 20% down, and other
foreign nationals around 30% down. Rates, payments and other terms are
provided by the lenders.

Most of these programs are provided by outside
lenders that we can introduce to you. We can create custom options for
investors on both single family and multifamily lots. Terms depend upon a
variety of factors and are negotiated at the time of contract.
Even in house programs are coordinated with lenders. Sinclair Homes is not
the lender. This information is being passed along for general interest
for existing and potential clients, as a starting point for discussions.
If Sinclair Homes absorbs construction costs, there is no APR or repayment -
customer would be required to provide an end loan. End loan terms come
from your lender.
For programs with named down payments above, loans are provided by lenders, not
by Sinclair Homes, and APR, payments and other terms are dictated by the
lenders, not by Sinclair as Sinclair is not providing the loans.
All programs are for a limited time. Length of programs vary by lender.
